Description of problem:
Num Lock goes off after each restart

Plasma - Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ADA05 - Dual boot with W10

How reproducible:
On start with Mageia, not that problem with W10

Hi,
I tried to disable autologin, no change, then I tried to (re)enable autologin. The same : Num-Lock stays off :-(

Can you please do the following:

- Open systemsettings5 (KDE System Settings)
=> Hardware => Input Device => Keyboard

Make sure "Generic | Gereric 105-key PC" is selected.
Under that drop-down menu,
Click Turn On under Plasma for Numlock on Plasma Startup

- Next go to systemsettings5 => Workspace => Startup and Shutdown => Login Screen (SSDM)
Go to Advanced Tab and Click on "Sync". Please do this twice to Click on "Sync".

Also, you can install Numlockx package which is not installed by default as it can make bad behavior with several laptops.

Correcting: the package is numlock, not numlockx... sorry.

Reporter, could you please reply to the previous question? If you don't reply within two weeks from now, I will have to close this bug as OLD. Thank you.

Since we have not received feedback to the information we have requested above, we will assume the problem was not reproducible, or has been fixed in one of the updates we have released for the reporter's distribution.

Users who have experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade to the latest update of their distribution, and if this issue turns out to still be reproducible in the latest update, please reopen this bug with additional information.
