Any attempt to run puppet abort for missing ruby dependencies, such as:
$> puppet apply /etc/puppet/manifests/site.pp
cannot load such file -- concurrent

At least the following additional packages are required:
- ruby-racc
- ruby-deep_merge
- ruby-concurrent-ruby
