After enabling M8 repositories 
# urpmi --auto-update --download-all --test

Le paquetage demandé ne peut pas être installé :
batik-1.14-1.1.mga8.noarch (en raison de conflit avec batik-util-1.14-1.1.mga8.noarch)
Désirez-vous tout de même continuer ? (O/n) n


Same with 8/core/updates_testing enabled
# urpmi --auto-update --download-all --test

So this NOT fixed.

A requested package cannot be installed:
batik-1.14-1.1.mga8.noarch (due to conflicts with batik-util-1.14-1.1.mga8.noarch)

This is a packaging issue against .mga8 RPM. I don't see issue with .mga7 packages. It is correctly handled.

No. there is not errors about that. The only error now is in Comment 5
