Closing this as all important upgrade issues are resolved.

We have just now enabled mgaapplet to propose Mageia upgrade - Hurray! :)




___Minor problems in the works, all described in Errata:

Bug 28042 - While upgrading to MGA8: ERROR:'script' failed for samba-client-4.10.18-1.1mga7.x86_64

Bug 28503 - php-json belongs to Mageia 7 and breaks PHP in Mageia 8 

Because of PHP7 missing, no Nextcloud nor Roundcube mail yet:

Also, unofficial PHP7 is being worked on
