Description of problem: waste of space 

__On Live 8RC xfce 32 bit take 5 i found:
mozilla-esteid - Estonian ID card extension for Mozilla               
esteidcerts - Estonian ID-card certificates           
qdigidoc - Estonian digital signature application         
libdigidoc
lib64digidoc
libdigidocpp
lib64digidocpp
- the libraries "-  implementing a subset of the XAdES digital signature standard on top of Estonian specific .ddoc container format."


People who need it on live can enable persistence and install.  There is even task-esteid that pulls in even more friends, so it seem even what is currently on live is not complete for those needing Estonian eid.

I dont think we have another country specific solution on Live.

The contents of the Live ISOs are determined by the DE meta-tasks (e.g. task-plasma) and by rpmsrate. Other than when running out of space, I don't think it's appropriate for the ISO builders to override those choices.

I do think the ratings in rpmsrate are well overdue for review. I'm sure there are packages that have outlived their usefulness. But that needs wider discussion.

they where added after bug 4781, improved in bug 11352

Maybe we can 'hide' them more beside the "Remove unneeded software", but looks they are great for Estonian people
