and change all occurrences of "Mageia 7" to "Mageia 8".

Brian Rockwell was already in the CREDITS for QA Team, "Thurau" was added on the two lines where it was still missing.

@ Aurélien,

I did at first add you to a new "French Forum" group, but then decided to remove that line, because so far only contributors from forums.mageia.org were listed and I think council should decide whether adding contributors from all Mageia forums outside Mageia.org should be allowed.
