Steps to Reproduce:
1.rpmi allegro4
2.symlinks -r / | grep dangling

Typical example of an old rpm bug involving use of %exclude in %files section.

If %exclude is used in .spec .build-id symlink ends also to a pkg from where the file was %excluded.

Should be fixed with allegro4-4.4.3.1-6.mga8!

no dangling link after new rpm install.
