libclc was unfortunately restored as-is rather than being fixed.

It doesn't build:
http://pkgsubmit.mageia.org/autobuild/cauldron/aarch64/core/2020-12-26/libclc-0.2.0-4.mga8.src.rpm/build.0.20201226025645.log

and needs to be properly libified.  It was probably improperly imported from Fedora.

first restore to get mesa to build again... next step to update and fix up this package...

uploaded as  libclc-0.2.0-6.mga8

I dropped the adding of llvm version in release as it does not really mean anything to endusers

And no libification needed as it's a noarch "firmware like" package
