can you *attach* the file /etc/security/msec/security.conf ? Component:

in the file /etc/security/msec/level.secure you can see: ALLOW_ROOT_LOGIN=no So that is a feature not a bug. You can use msecgui to have a standard level, or to change this key. so I close this one. Status:
