Hi, thanks reporting this.

As previously discussed on IRC,
*) above system was installed as new installation with XFCE preset.
*) nothing was uninstalled later

In journal output when wake up from sleep:
lot of:
xfce4-screensaver-dialog[14287]: PAM unable to dlopen(/usr/lib64/security/pam_gnome_keyring.so): /usr/lib64/security/pam_gnome_keyring.so: Ne peut ouvrir le fichier d'objet partagé: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type
déc. 13 17:45:01 localhost xfce4-screensaver-dialog[14287]: PAM adding faulty module: /usr/lib64/security/pam_gnome_keyring.so

I suspect a problem in PAM config files.
@Guillaume, can you as root copy and archive the /etc/pam.d/ directory and attach it here?

Also upstream reports that it should not have dependency on MATE/GNOME lib/app.
Why a complain about gnome keyring?

Also, can you provide the /root/drakx/report.bug.xz as attachement here?

Note to reporter, there is also too much errors from wl (broadcom) driver in attached journal, this can be an other bug report.

Report bug

This is the report bug after installing MGA8 from Iso Beta2 and have been updated
Comment 7 Aurelien Oudelet 2020-12-22 16:43:10 CET
Do some quick tests on Virtualbox with M8 Beta 2 Xfce, x86_64.

All I see regarding screenlocker is that it relies on opening a new session and displaying a lightdm-gtk-greeter branded to mageia that asks for user password.

As far as I see, when putting this VM in sleep, and wake it, this displays a lightdm-greeter on a VT2, while user session is locked on VT1.

I suspect an issue in VT switching on your device.
a race between the optimus system between the Intel and Nvidia Chipset.
I suspect you can even see a flickering screen.

Also, above errors:

xfce4-screensaver-dialog[14287]: PAM unable to dlopen(/usr/lib64/security/pam_gnome_keyring.so): /usr/lib64/security/pam_gnome_keyring.so: Ne peut ouvrir le fichier d'objet partagé: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type
déc. 13 17:45:01 localhost xfce4-screensaver-dialog[14287]: PAM adding faulty module: /usr/lib64/security/pam_gnome_keyring.so

are no longer seen after updating all packages.
