Description of problem: 1) Grub install fail. See attached "bug" 2) Rescue mode: successfully unlocks LUKS, and scans LVM, and writes: "dmcrypt: found mapper/crypt_sdb8 type with root device sdb8" Note double space after "type"! And then: "Could not find your root device :-(." Hmph. Attempted to do conventional install to USB stick. Installer 8beta2 official, 64 bit, on another USB stick Machine: Thinkpad T400. No internal disk. __Advanced partitioning: Ext4 /boot FAT12 /boot/EFI FAT32 LUKS LVM swap F2FS /
