Hi
Hatari 2.3 was released on 28/11/2020.

Could you update the current 2.2.1-3 version in order to have version 2.3 in next mga8 release ?

As one of the author of Hatari, I confirm this can be safely updated, as this is an improved version with no known regression.

Also note that hatari-1.9.0-mga-i18n+fix-desktop-file.patch included in mageia version can be dropped as the .desktop files were fixed upstream.

The 2 commands in the spec file doing changes for python :

# Remove shebang from non executable scripts
# Fix interpreter

Might also be dropped, as they were modified in hatari's sources (or maybe they should be updated to mga8 policy for python 3)

Hi
in the meantime, a new version 2.3.1 of Hatari was released on 27/12/2020.
Please update the cauldron version if possible before mga8 is out (if it's still time to do it)
