Summary:
MariaDB: Emergency Release =>
MariaDB: Emergency Release 10.3.27 Installed and tested without issues.
System: Mageia 7, x86_64, Intel CPU.
Tested using:
- mysql CLI;
- MySQL Workbench;
- phpMyAdmin PHP script;
- PHP scripts using PDO/mysql.
- Qt5 apps using the mysql plugin;
No issues found BUT note that it has only been running for about an hour and it only been minimally tested.

mageia Mageia 7 already has php 7.3 so is not affected. That's why phpmyadmin was not impacted. Looking into mariadb-connect and kdeconnect-kde, I've never used either before, as I use a land line, not a smartphone. See https://userbase.kde.org/KDEConnect#What_is_KDE_Connect.3F I'm going to go ahead and validate this one just on the basis of those packages installing cleanly, as well as the above testing. validated_update according to release notes mysql-connector for C is not affected. I assume most users will not have problems, but you could have a server (mga7) where old clients (mga6, other distris) connect. Advisory pushed to SVN. Keywords:
