I had a similar issue with a different computer. See Bug 27559

Description of problem:
I installed a realtek 2.5gig ethernet card in fresh install of mageia 7.
I did all the updates.
The kernel is .7.19-desktop-3.mga7
The 2.5 gig ethernet card doesn't work
The network center shows a realtek RTL8125 (different brand than my other issue)
When I try to configure it, I get the following:
Unable to find network interface for selected device (using r8169 driver).

1. install magela, run all updates
2. unable to configure network card

I am including the output of lspci -v
This time, it shows a kernel driver associated with the realtek 2.5 gig network card.

This card is a rosewill card. The other card I was having problems with is a generlc realtek card, not rosewill.

Despite the similarities, this is a different computer to the other one I reported an issue with the realtek 2.5gig network card.

As far as I understand,
under 5.7.19-3.mga7 Kernel, this Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8125 2.5GbE Controller (rev 04) does not work?

Also, I tested the realtek 2.5gig network card, and it works fine with windows 10 (the machine dual boots).

Strange that such card seems to be viewed in 5.7.19-3.mga7 in Bug 27555 but not here and in Bug 27395.
