dolphin-20.08.3-1.mga8.src.rpm Upstream has fixed bug in master branch of KFrameworks Purpose. See https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/purpose/commit/58da2fb19d2e52b8f2d3c9d6d5019ca78c30815c Not only Dolphin but Okular and Spectacle are affected. Will see this fixed in KDE Frameworks 5.77 as 5.76 are already out. Source RPM:

Frameworks Purpose so ok upstream patch backported in purpose-5.75.0-3.mga8! Fixed in Cauldron. Not sure but if we will provide KDE Frameworks 5.76, this patch is part of upcoming 5.77 version. Thanks David. Resolution:
