KMail complains about inability to connect to speech-dispatcher each program start, and receiving new mail, even if speech new mail functionality deactivated.

Yes closing as fixed!

speech-dispatcher is yes needed for libspeechd2 itself.

Not directly from kmail but kmail need akonadi-kde and akonadi-kde need libQt5TextToSpeech.so.5 which need libspeechd2!

After updating, confirmed fixed error message in Kmail (mageia 8beta1 32bit).
This error message no longer appears.
