Description Christian Hinque 2020-08-23 02:14:53 CEST
It's a good idea to package QOwnNotes, as Mageia packages NextCloud client (and server)

From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QOwnNotes :

QOwnNotes is a free open source (GPL) plain-text notepad with markdown support and to-do list manager for Linux, MacOS and Windows, that (optionally) works together with the Notes application of ownCloud or Nextcloud.

Hi,
This is a request for a package.
Thanks using Mageia.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might, if there are no license or other legal issues, want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

You Christian might also want to join the packager team to maintain this piece of software: see https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Becoming_a_Mageia_Packager

Thank you David

Could it be backported to Mageia 7 ?

I can test it if packaged.

This package is available in MGA8. As MGA7 is EOL, there won't be a backport. Closing as FIXED.
