Description of problem:
%_install_info and %_remove_install_info macros are obsolete

Instead of having things in %post Mageia nowadays uses triggers to do the right thing. See discussion in bug 27107. To avoid packages/specs from adding this again, please have above macros generate a warning when they're used.
