Description of problem: attempting to re-install bootloader from Classical Installer USB key rescue failed when Windows partition has been encrypted and has an unknown decryption password. the re-install wizard requests the password.
to re-install the bootloader required a upgrade install and re-install bootloader from the final configuration screen.

hardware  has eMMCblk device

How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.system requires a WinX system with encrypted partition(s) and also Mageia system installed
2.attempt to re-install bootloader via rescue from Classical Installer medium
