Description of problem:

M8 Plasma - Virtual Desktop switching

task manager panel settings -> systems settings -> Workspace ->
Workspace Behavior -> Desktop Effects -> Virtual Desktop Switching Anumation
Defaults to Slide and executes using the mouse wheel on M7 but not on M8

I can't find a setting for this or a reason why the mouse wheel won't switch
between Virtual Desktops on M8. This is present, and can be demonstrated in:

Ctrl+Fx switching does not seem to work either.

Seems to be a rewrite from upstream.

Virtual Desktop switching is in:

Systemsettings => Workspace Behavior => Virtual Desktops. Animation settings is at the bottom of config page.

You must add a new line of virtual desktop to have effects.
Also seems a little buggy as edition is laggy sometimes.

Work great on my current Mageia 8 Beta 1 setup (Plasma 5.19.4).
