Yeah the instructions on the Wiki are wrong. If something has been reported upstream but not fixed, it should be left open and the UPSTREAM keyword added to the Mageia bug. The Mageia bug shouldn't be marked RESOLVED until a determination is made (either it's FIXED or WONTFIX/OLD). Summary:
