Description of problem:

Since the recent forums upgrade upload of attachments is not possible anymore in the german forum https://forums.mageia.org/de

In ACP there's even a warning about the path "files" not being writable.
The setting for that path to attachments is the same as in the international forum, so seems there's an issue with the permissions or with the filesystem.
