Can you please say more about this thing. Where is it? A URL. Is it part of the borgbackup project? Should it be part of the borgbackup pkg, perhaps? CC:

lewyssmith https://torsion.org/borgmatic/ https://projects.torsion.org/witten/borgmatic https://github.com/witten/borgmatic It's just a Simple Python wrapper script for borgbackup that allows to automate the backups made by BorgBackup thanks to a configuration file(s) under /etc/borgmatic. The same principle as rsnapshot's file-based configuration. It is included, for example, in Fedora or OpenSuse : https://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=borgmatic&submit=Search+...&system=&arch= Thank you for these details. Your last sentence is persuasive! --- Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might, if there are no license or other legal issues, want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes. You andre might also want to join the packager team to maintain this piece of software: see https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Becoming_a_Mageia_Packager Summary:
