Description of problem:
File not found in add/remove program and no add icon

How reproducible:
install software not found in add/remove program, let's go terminal to urpmi chromium (for example) it is install that but in menu not icon

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open terminal
2.su root
3.urpmi ... => for install
4.open menu, there are not icon


i have install without icon : pidgin, chromium, gimp

no found in add/remove software and no icon after install with terminal.

I can't reproduce this issue, I tested by installing chromium-browser and the icon appeared in the menu as expected...

Did you check again a minute or so later? does the icon appear in the menu?
