This package is working for my 64-bit installation Kodi 18.6

https://acc.dl.osdn.jp/storage/g/u/un/unitedrpms/31/x86_64/kodi-inputstream-adaptive-2.4.5-7.fc31.x86_64.rpm

Set in Retrospect > Channel options > Enabled

Retrospect Addon Setting > Use inputstream addaptive addon when possible "ON"

The only problem is that is does not have a sound stream :( So it is unusable...

Sorry to have left this.
It looks as if you want the 'kodi-inputstream-adaptive' package, which we do not [yet] offer. Do you want to change this bug to a request for a new package?

Nor can I see anywhere the "plugin retrospect", either as a separate pkg or as part of kodi. Excuse me asking, but where did you get it? I do not have kodi installed (nor do I want to) to probe it directly.

I believe it's better to install it directly from Kodi.

See https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:InputStream_Adaptive

Cheers,
Stig
