This update provides ntfs-3g-system-compression which adds support for Windows 10's NTFS aka "Compact OS".

Ntfs-3g is updated to:
- pull ntfs-3g-system-compression
- add ntfsck/fsck.ntfs
- enable posix ACLS, enable xattr mappings
- fix ntfsclone crash (rhbz#1601146)
- support bigger sector sizes on Windows 10

Did on you test on i586 or on x86_64?
Can you put the right MGA7-32-OK or MGA7-64-OK accordingly in the whiteboard field?

I can only test on x86_64 sorry. Also it seems I do not have the right to modify any field; if I could I'd have written MGA7-64-OK in whiteboard.
