I lack the tuits to resolve that, so maybe we should wait for the new version.
gimp-plugin-registry is in cauldron atm, but As you can read here and here: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3077#c9 https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3077#c11 it is necessary to remove gimp-plugin-registry and splitting it up into seperate packages, meaning this'll be a wontfix. Status:
