Description of problem: I took the liberty of packaging the latest release of the Tor client for Cauldron.
It installs fine, starts fine and runs without any errors.

Please don't include links to external sites that may, or may not disappear,
especially when it requires a decryption key to view. Only use files
attached to bug reports.

Thx for your efforts, but ATM we are staying at 0.3.5 (LTS) branch, which will be supported until Feb 1, 2022.
