After updating to rpm-4.8.1 the rpm filetriggers don't seem to run. I tested by installing a package with a .so file in /usr/lib*/ , using 'rpm -ivvh' it's apparent that ldconfig script doesn't get run..

i think i fixed this bug, please test next rpm  which should be soon on cauldron.
