Wally, you switched to the reloaded branch here: http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/compiz/current/SPECS/compiz.spec?r1=1296745&r2=1339344 So I guess you can give more info about this... Assignee:

compiz fusion downgraded on mageia 8 Hi all, I see that the compiz version has been downgraded. Looking more closely, I see that the mageia package is based on the gitlab version: https://gitlab.com/compiz/compiz-core which is also downgraded to version 0.8.18. A look at madb.magiea.org and I see that the Mageia 6 package was based on the launchpad version: https://launchpad.net/compiz which has version 0.9.14 updated at the end of 2022 with improvements and new features compared to the Mageia 9 version. It would be convenient to upgrade in Mageia 9 to this newer version of compiz. Greetings!!! CC:
