Description of problem:

I would be very glad to see the following packages available soon:
apache-mod_bw
wmctrl
xdotool
xfce4-xkb-plugin
Right now I'm using packages from the Mandriva repositories, but don't like that solution.
Anyway they are working fine, so I don't think porting will be hard (I'm ready to help if possible).

How reproducible:

Just install vanilla Mageia 1 without adding third party software.

One bug per package please. wmctrl for instance has been available in Cauldron for a while now, but because it the request is together with all kinds of other packages I cannot just reassign it to someone with 1 updates_testing abilities.
