Hello !

I wrote a wiki-page :
https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Feature:Blocking_n%2B2_update

I add at the bottom of the page :
[[Category:ProposedFeatureMageia8]]

But, the category page doesn't refreshed :
https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Category:ProposedFeatureMageia8

And moreover, the category is shown as it has no members (no pages) :https://wiki.mageia.org/mw-en/index.php?title=Special:WantedCategories&limit=500&offset=0
and in the "unused" category:
https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Special:UnusedCategories

I think its one big thing, like written in bug 26245.
