Description of problem:

The Toolbar of Dolphin file manager is unable to show the "Create New" button
when you try to add it via "Configure the Toolbar". Mageia 7 x64, Plasma, fully updated as of today.

How reproducible:
Every time I attempt to add the Create New button.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Dolhin file manager
2. Rclick on the top toolbar "Configure Toolbar"
3. Add "Create New" button and then click Ok. Nothing happens.

 dolphin-19.04.0-1.mga7
When you select 'Create New' from the LH pane, click the right arrow to add it to the toolbar icons in the RH pane, it does indeed get transferred L->R - and stays there (but can be removed).
Clicking either Apply or OK judders the toolbar, but the new icon does *not* show.
I tried adding a couple of other action buttons, and they showed up OK.

I think I found kind of a solution. In the file:
/home/$USER/.local/share/kxmlgui5/dolphin/dolphinui.rc
in the Toolbar section, the Create New action is written as "menuFileNew", but if
you replace it with "new_menu" (more precisely as <Action name="new_menu"/>) then it shows correctly on the Dolphin toolbar
and it works as intended.

Mageia 7 is EOL since July 1st 2021.
There will not have any further bugfix for this release.

You are encouraged to upgrade to Mageia 8 as soon as possible.

@reporter, if this bug still apply with Mageia 8, please let us know it.

@packager, if you work on the Mageia 7 version of your package, please check the Mageia 8 package if issue is also present. In this case, please fix the Mageia 8 version instead.

This bug report will be closed OLD if there is no further notice within 1st September 2021.

This bug does not appear in Mageia 8,x64, Plasma version. I tested it in VBox and in real hardware.

The issue is not present in Mageia 8, x64, Plasma version. I have tested it both in VBox and on real hardware. https://doodle-baseball.com/
