Setting version to cauldron, because package requests will usually be done for cauldron first and then be available in next stable release

the "lv2 version" depends on the last lv2 (not the one provided by cauldron)

Mageia can only provide the "ladspa version" until lv2 is updated

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

swh-plugins was imported on Mageia a long time ago named ladspa-plugins-swh for us.

So closing as fixed!
