I've noticed that Mageia Cauldron has Alacritty 0.4.1 but still lists xclip as a dependency, though that requirement was removed in Alacritty 0.3.3 <https://github.com/alacritty/alacritty/releases/tag/v0.3.3>, resolving a bug that copying and pasting wouldn't work in native Wayland.  It would be nice to remove the requirement from the RPM SPEC file to avoid having to download unnecessary dependencies.

Thank you for the hint.
For Mageia 7, it still has alacritty-0.3.2 so the dependency is valid there.
