Could you package it?
A package stil exist on Mandriva 2010.1: http://svn.mandriva.com/viewvc/packages/updates/2010.1/osmo/releases/0.2.10/1mdv2010.1/

Osmo is now available in Cauldron.

Please do not attempt to use the Cauldron version in mga1.

It will hopefully be added to mga1 updates/testing soon.

Barry, Did you package libgringotts2 and libmhash2 at the same time as osmo?
I see they are listed as dependencies and are both in Updates_Testing

Testing completed on x86_64
installed osmo-0.2.10-2.1.mga1.x86_64.rpm 
lib64gringotts2-1.2.1-2.1.mga1.x86_64.rpm
lib64mhash2-0.9.9.9-5.1.mga1.x86_64.rpm from Updates_Testing

Checked Osmo ran OK
Set calender events, checked alarm pop up appeared at correct time with audible alarm
Created notes with several different encryption algorithms and checked the notes could be opened using the correct key phrase.
Created and edited contacts.
Created groups and categories.
Checked printing
Checked man page

Need testing on i586 now.

In trying to install the package Osmo, I realize there are missing dependencies.

Missing dependencies for the package Osmo in Core_Updates :

-libgringotts-1.2.1-2.1.mga1.src.rpm
-mhash-0.9.9.9-5.1.mga1.src.rpm
-and can be else?
