Description of problem:
Launching freemind, it pops up a message "java.io.FileNotFoundException: Dictionary for locale de is not installed. To get it, install the package jortho-dictionary-de"

I have the package jortho installed.
jortho-dictionary-de is not installed but available in Mageia repo, but i have no idea why freemind ask for that as system is localised swedish.
Neither jortho-dictionary-se nor -en is in mageia repo, so maybe it default to try de? 
Freemind UI is english.
I change UI to swedish, restart, and it still wants de dict.
(UI is now correctly swedish.)

Workaround:

In setting removing checkmark from spellcheck, it do not complain.
Maybe we should have spellcheck disabled like that per default as we have lots of languages missing for jortho?

Jortho and it dicts is is not updated since 2013, and miss a lot of languages we usually support: https://sourceforge.net/projects/jortho/files/Dictionaries/2013-03/

I found no similar report with an Internet search; it looks as if it would show everywhere, and be found as an upstream bug. This is very old software; version 1.0.1 (described as 'current') dates from 2014, and the most recent FreeMind 1.1.0-Beta2 from 2016.

BTAIM I installed & tried it, and it does indeed start with the error pop-up described. Simply dismissing that, it then continues to work [OK presumed]. So this is an annoyance, not a functional problem.

No registered maintainer, so assigning globally; CC DavidG as the recent committer.

Yes maybe an update is appropriate despite "Beta2" label.
From some forum bug list i checked, developer seem alert, so project is not stale.

Perosnally i use other mind map software (vym) but was checking the alternatives and stumbled on this issue.

Mageia 7 is EOL since July 1st 2021.
There will not have any further bugfix for this release.

You are encouraged to upgrade to Mageia 8 as soon as possible.

@reporter, if this bug still apply with Mageia 8, please let us know it.

@packager, if you work on the Mageia 7 version of your package, please check the Mageia 8 package if issue is also present. In this case, please fix the Mageia 8 version instead.

This bug report will be closed OLD if there is no further notice within 1st September 2021.

Please reopen this bug report if it is still valid for Mageia 8 or 9(cauldron), and change "Version:" in the upper left of this report accordingly.

This report is being closed as OLD because it was filed against Mageia 7, for which  support ended on June 30th 2021.
