Updated phpmyadmin packages to fix some issues:
- Fix page contents go underneath of floating menubar in some cases (#15570)

- Fix fatal error when trying to edit row with row checked and button under the table (#15571)

- Fix php error trying to access array offset on value o type null on replication GUI (#15636)

Installed and tested without issues.

Tested on local host and a remote host. No issues or regressions.


System: Mageia 7, x86_64, Apache, MariaDB, Firefox, Chromium, Intel CPU.
