Description of problem: I took the liberty to update the version of freetype2 to 2.10.1.

I wish that the package maintainer would push it at least to Cauldron.

However, the patch that we have in Mageia 7 does not work with the updated version so I therefor removed it from the spec file, but if it's really necessary to readd the patch please go ahead and make the patch work.

freetype2 2.10.1 is already on Cauldron for a while:
