Racket is former PLT Scheme, so someone can adapt spec file from mandriva's plt-... package.

Attached spec is based on mandriva's plt spec. This spec works for me. Packages description and changelog must be changed.

I think Kamil imported racket in Cauldron a while back, so it's in Mageia 2 already. Closing.
