Description of problem:
After Qt5 has been updated to version 5.12.6, any KDE pop-up notification crashes plasma-desktop. It's possible that knotifications and knotifyconfig packages may require a rebuild against new QT5.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unlock widgets, add any widget to KDE desktop or system tray.
2. Delete newly added widget.
3. An empty pop-up notification (which earlier had localized message that suggested to undo winget removal) will crash plasma-desktop.
