Description of problem:
When i boot Mageia for the first time of the day, my computer start normaly.  But when i restart it or shut-down and restart in the same day it take a lot of time. My computer start only if i move the mouse.
My computer hard drive is a SSD. 
The SSD hard drive is maybe the reason of this problem

How reproducible: Every time after the first boot of my computer.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start computer
2.Restart and wait

So it's one of the systems that has problem with generating enough random entropy data for the system

Partly since ssd dont have moving parts, so they dont contribute to the random pool data.

Is your system fully updated?

For another problem i had to start my computer with the kernel 5.1.
When i started on this kenel i didn't have this trouble.

Is the problem come with kernel 5.3?

Certainly if things work better with an older kernel, do use that one. And do not lose it ! Kernel updates do not remove older ones.
When the kernel is next updated, see how that works for you.

It's seems like with new kernel 5.4.2, the problem is resolved!
I reboot my computer many times without problem!
