This also happens using flash without mageia packaging, so it should be reported upstream. I feel it may be intended, because of the evolution of their settings manager. Status:

RESOLVED Just fyi, on my i586 system, it is clickable, but can take 10 to 20 seconds of holding down the left mouse key, before it's recognized by the settings dialog. CC:
