jim MGA7-64 Plasma on Lenovo B50. Installed together with other firmware from bug25485, no visible impact. This laptop has Intel graphics HD 5500 AND Radeon HD 8670, but the Intel seems to be the primary - or the only working option. In fact, all tests I did to get the Radeon as active component drew a null with MGa6. Last week I tried again with MGA7, and this time MCC seeemed to accept the option. But rebooting failed at the stage Plasma starting, so reinstated the Intel, but Plasma would not start anymore at all thereafter (Xfce did OK). I am not sure whether such setup is supposed to work in Mageia, so up to now I did not file a bug since this is probably very hardware-specific. This update looks good enough for OK. CC:
