Assigning to QA now,

pdftk-java is simply a port of pfdtk into Java.

It would be great if this package can be validated and pushed to Core/Backports repo.

Installed this from backports testing.
It pulled in apache-commons-lang3 and installed it in /usr/share/java.

$ pdftk LJ_TE38.pdf LJ_DRUPAL1.pdf cat output combined.pdf
$ ll combined.pdf
-rw-r--r-- 1 lcl lcl 25731093 Sep 23 18:45 combined.pdf

$ pdftk mondorescue-howto.pdf burst

So I guess this is OK.  Validating - I seem to remember that no advisory is needed for backports.
