Description of problem:
G’MIC plugin for Gimp is available in version 2.5.7 (April 23rd) for Mageia7.
It would be great to have this new major version available, at least as a backport.

This comes from the gmic SRPM, which primarily builds a library.  Major library updates aren't allowed in backports.
