I think that is a new kipi plugin to make a panorama from images

Well this would require to update kipi plugin to 2.0 on mageia 1 (so it's means backporting digikam 2 too) 
Also it's a GSOC 2011 project from the README so maybe it should be wise to wait a little bit for the next kipi-plugin release & eventually backport this one to Mageia 1
I'm closing as WONTFIX for now

If it will be in Mageia 2 it is ok for me

Maybe i have to set the target Milestone to 2 ?

It will be in mageia 2 i guess :)
There's no need to set the target Milestone to 2 since this kipi-plugin is part of upstream work.
