Description of problem:

This Window Manager is unusable with Mageia 7

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.1.17-9.mga7

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mga 7 from Mageia-7.1-x86_64.iso
When asked for desktop selection, choose Custom.
In the next screen, untick Plasma and tick Other Graphical Desktop.
This will install Mageia with IceWM.

2. Login to IceWM and install pekwm.

3. Try to login to pekWM and see that is fails.

Looks like /usr/bin/startpekwm doesn't have a shebang nor executable bit set.

Please test if pekwm-0.1.17-9.1.mga7 from core/updates_testing fixes the issue.

MGA7-64 on Lenovo B50
Logged out from Plasma, logged in again with IceWM, installed pekWM without problems.
Logged out again, I was able to pick pekWM as window manager, logged in with that one. Now updating this bug running pekWM. All seems OK.
I can open mc and dolphin as file manager, view pictures with gwenview.Happy with that. sound works OK
