Description of problem:

When trying to save the current project via "save" or "save as", kdenlive opens a blank / empty window without any control elements

1. start kdenlive from menu or from command line
2. do some work

Quite unfamiliar with this application, but trying it (doing nothing beyond creating a new project & saving it) on Mageia 6 under Mate desktop, it seems to work.
Screenshot of the Save dialogue attached.

Can please:
- confirm the version of Kdenlive you have;
- say what desktop you are using;
- and perhaps what 'theme'.
- Attach a screenshot of your empty save dialogue window.

@ Lewis Smith:
Sorry for delay. Malfunction couldn't be reproduced, except, the dialog now looks like your's -- kdenlive seems to ignore the window Style ==> light instead of dark grey / brown.

Desktop is latest xfce4.
Malfunction occurred with every style,
but empty windows was indeed using the current style.
Maybe this was a side effect after rpm update.

In the meantime it works. Just decreased prio.
