Installed and tested without issues.

Tested on youtube, vimeo and bitchute.

System: Mageia 6, x86_64, Intel CPU.

Installed youtube-dl-2019.06.21-1.mga7.noarch.rpm and youtube-dl-gui.
At CLI:
$ youtube-dl -h

Used the gui to download some youtube movie, works OK.

Note that if you run youtube-dl -U as root you will get a newer update as well.
Latest version is now 2019.07.02.

MGA6-32 MATE on IBM Thinkpad R50e
Installed youtube-dl-2019.06.21-1.mga6.noarch.rpm but I did not see the youtube-dl-gui in the repos (just a side remark).
At CLI:
$ youtube-dl --version
2019.06.21

$ youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=<some video>
Download finishes OK, file plays OK.

youtube-dl has been updated to 2019-07-14 by doing youtube-dl -U.
